I know what it's like to feel like you're constantly dieting.

LISTEN. I know what it feels like to constantly be dieting, to feel guilty for eating certain foods, only to binge on them uncontrollably after. This is how I spent my early 20’s, hopping between fad diets and obsessively tracking calories - trapped in the self sabotaging diet cycle.

I knew something needed to change. So I decided ‘to hell with it’ I’m gonna study nutrition, then I’ll actually understand the best way to eat. 

Within three months of qualifying I had unshackled myself from the grip dieting had over me. I took back control over my nutrition, and with it my quality of life. 

And the best part? I now get to help others like you do it too.


Once coaching I began to realise my clients were fighting the same battles with food that I had. Dieting, the thing they thought was the fix, was actually the problem. 

Now, as a nutritionist, I don’t just teach nutrition. I also focus on food psychology…seeing the joy on clients faces as we transform their relationship with food is AMAZING!
