Hobbies include, but not limited to: reading, running, eating twister ice lollies *daily* and helping you see that diets are the problem, not the fix.
Nutritionist Sam
I’m here to transform your behaviours & beliefs around food
In my twenties, I was trapped in the binge-restrict cycle—convinced that foods like chocolate were off-limits, I’d try to avoid them, only to become consumed by cravings and eventually binge. Each episode left me with overwhelming guilt and shame, living in a constant tug-of-war with food while ironically struggling with my weight.
That’s when I decided to study nutrition.
Today, I have a peaceful, balanced relationship with food. I prioritise nutrient-dense choices most of the time while fully enjoying less nutritious foods in moderation. The surprising side effect? I’m leaner and healthier than I’ve ever been—despite my primary focus now being on eating for health, not appearance.
This is the mindset I want to help you embrace.
When your inner critic gives you a break life feels easier and you create space for nourishment and change.
Because mental and physical health are the bedrock of your being. When aligned, weight loss *if a goal* follows naturally.
Because striving for consistency instead of perfection achieves better, more sustainable, results.
but past clients would tell you that my *ZONE OF GENIUS* isn't just nutrition. It's helping you live a life that isn’t dominated by food.

LISTEN. I know what it feels like to constantly be dieting, to feel guilty for eating certain foods, only to binge on them uncontrollably after. This is how I spent my early 20’s, hopping between fad diets and obsessively tracking calories - trapped in the self sabotaging diet cycle.

I knew something needed to change. So I decided ‘to hell with it’ I’m gonna study nutrition, then I’ll actually understand the best way to eat.
Within three months of qualifying I had unshackled myself from the grip dieting had over me. I took back control over my nutrition, and with it my quality of life.
And the best part? I now get to help others like you do it too.
Once coaching I began to realise my clients were fighting the same battles with food that I had. Dieting, the thing they thought was the fix, was actually the problem.
Now, as a nutritionist, I don’t just teach nutrition. I also focus on food psychology…seeing the joy on clients faces as we transform their relationship with food is AMAZING!
